(1)My today's report (1 Sep 2017) shows in top-line: date=1 Sep 2017, net units sold=12, but the amount of royalty is = 0.
(2)My today's report (1 Sep 2017) shows in line-2 from top: date=1 Sep 2017, net units sold=5, but the amount of royalty is = 145.98 (that for 1 unit).

The system is catching up with itself with the change of the month and the time you checked your reports.
The company runs on California time.

There seems to be something more going on. I think the missing sales from August are finally being credited. I had a whole heap of sales and KENP show up on the Month-To-Date report today (September 1) for India, which is my biggest market. However none of those sales appear on the orders graph, and Book Report doesn't show them as yet.

Edit: In case anyone else cares, I finally figured out what's going on:

Apparently, for all of August, KDP sales in India were recorded at 70% royalty, rather than 35% (for books not in Select). They now seem to have realized there was an error, and they adjusted the report today, September 1, by: 1) returning all those units sold in August, and 2) re-recording those sales at 35% royalty.

Yes same here. Month to date shows 7 sales for September but dashboard shows only two. Again royalties for two copies is negative where as they are only refunds.Further royalties of two sales is zero. Some glitch is definitely there.

Well, I was wrong. The problem continues to multiply; more sales are showing up with negative royalties (and no refunds), while other sales are showing up with zero royalties (all for India). Something is seriously wrong. I have an inquiry opened with Customer Support, but if they can't fix it soon, I'll try contacting ECR.

Having this same problem with sales/refunds to India. Haven't gotten an answer from Amazon, yet.
