Sales of the paperback and kindle formats of my books show up under Reports, but not the Audio versions - even though the audio versions are linked to the Kindle version on Amazon and also sold directly on Audible - do other folks with audio versions see their sales through Amazon/Audible tracked on KDP Reports?

Did you produce your audiobooks through ACX? If so, go to your dashboard there. Or to whatever platform you used.

No, audio sales will never show up on your KDP dashboard.

For traditionally published authors who also have KDP books (like me), I have no idea how many of my trad books have sold until I get my annual (yes annual) statement and royalties.

The KDP Reports shows only KDP sales.

Tried to answer, got modded. (I think the problem was the dread compound word 'audio books' with no space in the middle.)

Short answer: you'll never see your audio sales on KDP, any more than you'll see those of trad published books.

Here's why that seems odd to me - my paperbacks, which were published on CreateSpace (an Amazon company) do show up. It doesn't make sense to me that audio books published by Audible - another Amazon company - don't show up on the sales report when the paperbacks do. I guess my real question is: why does KDP handle a format created on one of the Amazon subsidiary platforms/companies, and not a format created by another of Amazon's subsidiary platforms/companies?

Actually your CreateSpace books do not show up on your KDP Reports. Sorry.

Either you actually published through KDP-print, not CS, or else you "migrated" your books from CS to KDP-print. That's why they show up on KDP.

Yes, ACX and CS are Amazon-owned companies, but they're run separately, which is why, for example, you have to enter your payment info separately for each of them and why they pay separately.

At CS there is a button you can click on to send your paperback to KDP. That is what you most likely have clicked on at some point. Check your Bookshelf at CreateSpace and see if any books show there.
