I have 1 paperback and 1 ebook of the same title :The Gardening Club : on trying to access records it comes up
"You have no titles"
Please explain or correct Amazon

You have almost certainly accidentally opened a second account. An account which has not published anything, so you're seeing nothing.

Log out, and then log in again. Do NOT trust your browser to put in the correct password. Key that in manually, at least this once. Then see what happens.

If you still have problems, then do a Contact Us at the bottom right of this screen and ask for help.

Once everything is straightened out, ask KDP to delete your empty account.

You have almost certainly accidentally opened a second account

Joseph is being kind. Whenever this happens (and it happens every week), the party hotly denies it, but it always turns out to be the case.

Same thing happened to me today. No duplicate account created...just a snafu by KDP software.

Since your registration date is 13 September 17, no KDP SNAFU necessary. Yes, a second account created unawares. Use the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page to eliminate the publishing account created today.
