When I look at my Kindle Sales Report there are 13 countries displayed. I am wonder if a Kindle book is purchased from say the Philippines, where would that sale show up in my Sales Report?

It will show in whatever store they used to make the purchase (likely .com for most countries). The list you see is the available online stores so it reflects sales from that specific store regardless of the location of the purchaser. This is why you will occasionally see a 35% royalty in the .com sales even when set for 70% royalty. The royalty is based on the purchaser location and not the store itself.
