Not load my Bookshelf

when i log in my bookshelf is not show and when i click on my account name "Reports" option are work but click on "Bookshelf" it show "404 NOT FOUND".....Please help me

They may be doing maintenance or upgrades on the system. Try tomorrow.

when i click "contact us" it transfer to login screen page where i m already login it show "logout" option and another "click here to sign in as a different user" option and below this page i m click on contact us option it open again same page in new tab.....what i do...?

You cannot use the Contact address unless you are writing from a KDP account, so I am pretty sure that you are not logged in with your KDP account. This means that you are not using the correct email address.

You can probably reach support through this old address: kdp-support@amazon.com

If that fails, try jeff.bezos@amazon.com

(Don't trust KDP to publish a print edition. Don't trust CreateSpace to publish an ebook.)

i be the sure i m logged in becouse it show logout botton and my account Name and also show "Report" (my royalty's income,my book sale history)....thnxs to give a link....another more suggestion to give me becoz i do want to make new account....

Try the 'contact us' button on the Author Central page. Another poster had a similar issue recently and discovered his account had been (wrongly) blocked, I think because of copyright issues.
