Hi, If I make some corrections to my ebook and re-upload it, do the people who have already downloaded it, get the updated edition sent to them?

No. And realistically someone who'd already read a book isn't going to re-read it just because some errors were fixed.

The only time that Amazon will send out upgrades is when there were so many errors/problems with the original that it would have really harmed the reading experience. Fixing typos doesn't count.

The author, however, can ask Amazon to "push" the new version to their own Kindle if they'd bought the original version (use Contact link at lower right).
