What is going on with KDP and their guidelines recently/

I've had a book published for 7 months or so, it was originally created on createspace.

I changed the cover about 1 month ago, no problem.

I change the price and now it keeps telling me the metadata i entered doesn't match with the title?? That was the first, then I changed it and resubmitted to get - your interior is blurry or too small, but I cant change that coz it's fixed as a createspace document?!

Cover

The title listed on the file doesn't match the metadata you entered when setting up the title
I just got this for another title I'm trying to publish today.

It's becoming a relentless waste of time.

Please help

Although you mention CreateSpace, I assume you're talking about trouble with your KDP ebook?

Double check that your cover and the metadata match exactly: punctuation, spelling, subtitle. Although you really don't need the subtitle on your cover, it can worry the bots if you don't have it. Make sure you haven't done keyword-stuffing with the metadata (like putting in "bestselling charming contemporary-romance gripping sweet-romance" -- I assume you haven't, but this is for others who may be reading the thread).

How does your content look in the Look Inside? You can certainly change the interior if it's blurry. Clean up whatever is making it blurry and re upload right over the current content, at the "upload your book" step. Hope this helps!

You must be trying to publish a print edition. Bail out and go to CreateSpace.

(Don't trust KDP to publish a print edition. Don't trust CreateSpace to publish an ebook.)

Good luck! -- NJ
