If you mean can you pay KDP to format your book so it uploads properly, no. KDP is a program that allows self-publishers to publish their books and sell them in Amazon's bookstore. If your book is properly formated, uploading it is not difficult. (If by "creative" you mean Create Space, then you must be talking about print books and I haven't published any print books on CreateSpace or through Amazon's new (beta) print book program, so I can't help.)

If you need someone to format your book, there's none better than Hitch at booknook dot biz. Her company has done thousands of books, including for Big Five publishers.

If you really just want someone to upload it, grab a twelve-year-old off the street. Really!

(Don't trust KDP to publish a print edition. Don't trust CreateSpace to publish an ebook.)

Good luck! -- NJ
