I recently published my first book with KDP. Using my mobile phone, I sent the link to a few contacts by "sharing" it from Amazon.com. Those who viewed it on their mobile devices said they could not "Look Inside" the book to view the Introduction page; however, if they searched for the book on a desktop or laptop then they could "Look Inside" at the pages. How can readers have the option to "Look Inside" a book using their mobile devices? Am I missing a step somewhere in the setup of the book before publishing it?

Thanks in advance for your input.

I've never seen 'a step' with publishing concerning setup for the Look Inside.
It may be the ability of their phone.

I've never seen the Look Inside option on a phone. It does work on an iPad, if you use the desktop version of the Ama*zon website (not the mobile version). There's nothing you can do to control that behavior, though, on the publishing end.
