The list-price for my book is at $1,87. I can see exactly this price in a specific bestseller-list (censorship) where my book is in place 16. On all other lists I can look at from my home outside the USA(!) the book is priced at $4.45, thats 138% higher. I can live with the idea that delivery-costs for other countries than USA differ and differ with the size in Kb of the e-book.
I want to be sure however about the price that is charged in the USA (and other countries, other than my own).
I want to look at consumer prices from a seller point of view. While promoting my book I have to be able to tell readers in other countries what they have to spend.

Typically an ebook on Amazon.com sells for the list price in the US and takes a $2 surcharge elsewhere. This apparently can vary.

In UK, DE, FR, ES, and IT the book sells for the price you set in sterling or euro, or else an automatic conversion of the US price, plus VAT.
