Hi, I have visited the page where to purchase my book, and I have found that there is another seller selling my book apart from Amazon Prime. How does that work exactly? Does this seller purchase copies first and sells them, or are there other ways and means? Can other sellers sell my book without me getting the royalty on the copies they sell?

Booksellers will list books for sale, and in this digital age they need not maintain physical stocks. Should a customer buy a copy, the bookseller will order one from whichever POD platform you used, then have it drop shipped directly to the customer. Once processed, you'll be credited with the royalty specified in your contract.
