Yes. (Subject to the formatting changes you'll be required to make.)

Thanks. With the same manuscript I published on kindle? Is it possible and won't it affect my royalties from kindle?

CreateSpace is for only paperbacks and your manuscript should be uploaded with a PDF.
Kindle has digital Kindle books and the BETA paperback program.
Publishing at both sites will show on the same page usually in about a week after both (paper and digital) are published.

So it is possible to publish at both sites with the same manuscript. Is that it?

The same content, but it needs to be formatted differently for a paperback, for example, putting in page numbers. Is that what you mean? It won't affect your royalties at all.
