How can I get the update of a book on the new Kindle reading app for Android when everything I have done was useless and chat doesnt answer anymore.
So who else can push that update when everything failed?
Maybe is another department

Assuming your android reads a mobi file, you can send yourself a version through the kindle e-mail.
Go back to your bookshelf, and select your book (grey box - click edit e-book content). Beneath the previewer option you can click to download a version. Select the mobi version and download it to your pc/laptop.
Go into your Amazon account, and click on Manage my devices. Click on Devices. Look for your android, and click on it (or on the grey box to the left) ... it will have it's own e-mail address, something like Fernando_24@kindle.com.
You can only send your mobi file to that e-mail address as an attachment, from your registered trusted e-mail address. To find out what that is, or add a new one, go to the settings page (still on the Manage my devices page), scroll down to the Approved Personal Document E-mail List. It will tell you the e-mail account you have to use to send your e-mail. If you want to add a different one, do it here. (Keep typing the new e-mail address right to the finish, as it tells you it's incorrect, right up until you put the last letter in, for some bizarre reason!)
As soon as your e-mail is sent (you don't need to include anything other than the mobi attachment), open your android device, make sure it's connected to Wi-Fi, and your book will download like any other new book you've downloaded. It might be a good idea to get rid of any older versions first.
