Hi people, my name is Rooy Aguirre (yeah, kinda weird) and I just published my first Kindle eBook! Now that I have the opportunity to start an KDP Author Central page, I'm not really sure how to write my biography. I have two options, writing about myself in my own point of view, or writing about myself in a Third-Person point of view. I'm really struggling, and I wouldn't mind some help.

From what I have read, it should be written in a 3rd person point of view.

It is more professional to write your biog in the third person.

Good luck,

As others have said, if you want it to look professional, write in third-person present tense. Otherwise, anything goes.

I've seen some authors who seem to sell a lot of books do it in the first person.

But third person looks more 'professional'.

And you can always change it.
