Account issues after merging two accounts

Dear support,

I have tried many times to e-mail your support team after they resolved one of my issues which was after changing my Amazon password there were two accounts for me on the same e-mail address and created a kdp duplicate account.

Amazon people sorted out the account issue, and your people merged my two accounts, creating a new problem, in the account that got closed I had a special promotion going on which I dont see in this account, the payment was set up in a anew saving account, and if i try to recreate the promotion again in the new account it gives me error message when I am trying to save the promotion. Can you please sort this out asap.

Also my other book A Path to Wisdom is block listed and has the wrong information on it, can you either remove this all together so I can recreate it and enter it properly, or remove restrictions for me to do it myself, I have e-mailed your support team the copy right information which also you can see inside my book.

Since those two accounts where merged my kindle account does not function properly and it is causing me a problem.

Please Help to resolve once and for all the issue.

KDP probably didn't "merge" the accounts so much as delete one. So whatever you no longer have, you will need to recreate. So focus on what the error is that is preventing this--send a screen shot of the error message to the kdp help email.

I already have and there has been no response. I can't even recreate a new promotion as it gives me an error message

Can you please sort this out asap

And I'd omit that sentence or phrase it more delicately.

Why did you have two accounts? That can be grounds for being banned from the KDP.

It may help to open an Amazon Seller profile and send the request via their help system. That way the case is logged and accessible online and there is no chance of missing an email.

Amazon made some kind of mistake when they changed my passowrd thy created two accounts
