Hey guys, I am the co-writer of a fantasy series called Dragon's Awakening. We are close to releasing book 2 of our series so we have a question. If we have paperback books at 15 dollars a piece on kdp bookshelf, how do we set it up so they can buy both books for 25 bucks as opposed to buying separately for 30 bucks? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is something best asked of KDP support.

Anyway, if it is a paperback, would you not have to combine the paper back into one book, then publish it as a volume 1&2 together and people can then select it. You can't get around a separate publish to sell it at your special price.

Same thing with a kindle version. Both would have to be in one kindle version and published.

You could do bundled books but that may be only for digital.
Doing a search on the web should bring up answers.
I think I'd wait until you have at least 3 books to do it.
If at Kindle (digital), you would have to do a new listing for bundled plus having the single books on.

Not on Amazon. However, if you published via CreateSpace you can offer such a deal on your own website and easily turn a profit. If you used KDP-Print, you won't be able to do it till KDP-Print offers the same at-cost option as CreateSpace...despite assurances from KDP, no one has any idea when that will be.
