On your first tab in the publishing process, called Book Details, you can list various Contributors. Make sure that you are shown as Author, and that no one else is listed -- for example, don't list yourself twice.
Otherwise, post the ASIN here so someone can see the problem (assuming it's available for purchase).
(Don't trust KDP to publish a print edition. Don't trust CreateSpace to publish an ebook.)
I once again got another message from Amazon that the contributor for my e-book are misleading. I though I had fixed this issue quite some time back. Now Amazon has pulled this off the store. I even replied them but till now my book is no reinstated yet.
Can someone please take a look at ASIN number B07749RWNL to see if there is any problem with this book's contributor.
My real name is different and I entered a Pen name in Author field. I left contributor field blank since I am sole author of this title.
If your book has been pulled, then I'm afraid none of us can look at it.
Go to your Bookshelf and "edit details" on your book. Make sure under "Author" (the first listing) you have entered your pen name. You really need both a first and last name (though some get away with just 1), it can't be something like Erotic Writer that isn't a name but a description, and it can't be something like Stephen King where the customer would think it was a different author than you.
After the "author" listing is a space called Contributor. You say you listed nothing here. Make sure you didn't list yourself (i.e. your pen name) here a second time, or here instead of back in the Author section. If it all looks good, try hitting Publish, but if it still doesn't work you'll have to see what KDP Support says. Keep responding to emails you get from them. Good luck!
Can you take a look at other title that hasn't been pulled off and see if there is something wrong there?
The ASIN is : B077C1TYPW
I used the same pen name erotic writer across all my ebooks. Others are not pulled off but only this one. I see some inconsistent application of rules by Amazon and it creates confusion in newbies like me I guess.
I have already replies to their email but still haven't got a response from them yet.

I recently submitted a book on KDP. It went live and after couple of days I got email from Amazon. It went as shown below.
We found that contributors listed for your book are misleading to our customers.
It didn't have anything more specific than this.
So I understand that there is a problem with contributors I listed but don't know how to fix it.
In reality I am sole author of this book and don't have any contributor. But it seems somehow by mistake I entered a contributor.
Can you please help me how to resolve this issue?
Thanks a lot in advance.
I think someone here could help if you provide a link or the book title so we can see what the product page shows. Incidentally, the author is the primary contributor so if you left "Contributor" blank, that's probably the problem. In the place where you enter the author's name, you can also choose titles for other contributors, such as illustrator.
