Not able to "Claim gift"

Hi all,
i am located in Slovenia and was able to send and receive Kindle book gifts perfectly...until today. I got a book gift and as usually clicked on the "accept gift" link and entered the gift claim code which brought me to the product site. But instead of the usual "Calim your gift" button on the right side i see a message: " This title is not available in your country".

Then me and my boyfriend tested the problem - he tried to buy the product and it worked. He is in the same location as me.

Then i gifted him some other book - the same problem.

Anyone knows what´s up with that?

Sorry you're having problems. But this is the wrong place to ask. This is a forum for authors, and we have no insights into buying books in Slovenia.
