With due respect I just want to submit one point that we have opened new account and we are not well versed with the contents uploading policies of your esteemed organisation.We are working very hard to strictly follow your terms and conditions.Some mistakes may have occurred inadvertently.We can assure you that we will try our best that such things do not occur again.We will appreciate your kind consideration.We will be very greatfull if you suggest any software where we can check that our books are fit or not for uploading on your esteemed Kindle account.
