Hi

I write ebooks for children which teach how to read Hebrew.

I have 2 issues (problems) in my account that maybe you will be able to solve

First problem
I made an update to two ebooks on 16.11.2017 and since then they have been stuck in UPDATE IN REVIEWS
I can not change price, plan , anything !

second problem
I sent a gift(one of my ebook ) to a friend that lives in the United States
She received an email notification that she could not get the book
"Amazon says that this book title is not available in my country when I try to redeem the gift" (the title is in English)
Even though she had already bought 2 of my other Ebooks a week earlier

I've wrote to Amazon several times already and I still have not got a satisfying answer. All they are saying is that they don’t support the language.
And the strange thing is that the books are still being sold.

Contact customer service and concisely explain your problem (see below at Contact Us).

Did you send her a link to your country or for the USA?

My guess is that you sent her a wrong link.

On any replies you get from Customer Service, reply TO their emails. Don't start a new message to them.

The last time I contact them and explained the problem in details was 5 days ago........... and I heard nothing from them

As for the second problem.

I did not sent her link
I gave amazon her mail and he notify her.

How can I send her a link?
