I have a question.

A plane leaves London for Madrid at 500 mph. Another plane leaves London at the same time for Oslo at 400 mph. How long before they are exactly 190 miles apart?

Edit: Joking aside, wish you luck.

Oh Joseph.
The question is:
If Bob eats 20 grams of protein for lunch and then changes the oil in his car, what day will the salmonfly hatch come off the Crowsnest River next spring?

Why in the world would anyone in his right mind want to do that? To receive more of your derision, invectives and threats? Didn't everyone get enough of that when you asked for opinions about your book, then attacked anyone who didn't agree with your own vaunted opinion of your work? If I recall correctly, you even suggested that one of the women who disagreed with you should "go die." Stop by for a visit? Don't think so, but do have fun.

My thoughts exactly. I learned all I needed to know last week.

So 'poorly' now counts as a "non-conventional" style of writing? No thanks.

Curious, I clicked on the link. His introduction was rife with problems, so I doubt he has anything to offer other writers.

He certainly thinks he does after poorly writing two pamphlets. This is why we can't have nice things.

i have a question

Do you feel your advanced ideas and superior writing ability are in danger of raising science fiction literature beyond the understanding and comprehension of the common reader? Or do you feel you're simply taking your reader on a voyage of intellectual discovery?

My question: don't you realize you're setting a horrible example for young writers by over-indulging in exclamation points? In spite of the current illiterate practice of trying to emphasize exclamation points, one should suffice, but even one offered many times in one text is overuse.

Take a look inside his book. It is written in first person, and the overuse of 'I' throughout the text is like chicken scratch. The first two sentences of the first paragraph of the first chapter are run-ons, followed by a phrase, followed by another run-on. That is the first paragraph.
And there is still a typo in his bio.

All of that is his deliberate choice as an artist to use two dots instead of three for ellipsis and run on sentence fragments. If done properly, it can give you a feel for the stilted nature of the entity's thought processes as it begins to evaluate it's new location. He's not interested in feedback, so I'd just let it be.

Brad, in first person, fragments, run-ons and the like can be the voice of the narrator. See HUCK FINN.

A great writer can break all sorts of rules and end up with a masterpiece because of it. Unfortunately, I think Brady misses the mark, by a hair's breadth, at least. Sadly.
