Nathan, I was getting the same message recently. Today, December 14, 2017, I see the message is gone, but I should have at least 2 sales showing since then, but they aren't showing, yet. Have your sales come up? I'm hoping that they will soon be accounted for. Thanks, Marianne

Still no sign of things being resolved. I appreciate that they have a lot on their hands, but this is getting beyond a joke now! Emailed "support" for the third time, providing them with the actual order numbers of the missing sales. Received the bog standard fobbing off reply, stating the technical team are looking at this. Hmm, something's telling me that my sales are lost!

The warning at the top of the Reports page is gone for me. Also, the sales from my promo are finally showing in the Month-to-Date report.

It is extremely unlikely that the sales are lost. If they collected money for a sale, your cut will get to you eventually for simple accounting reasons.

today the alert has disappeared from the top of my reports page, but i still cannot track any of my sales or free giveaways. i have watched friends buy my e-book right in front of me and still nothing. Has anyone else experienced this in the past, and if so how long until the reports we fixed? Thanks.

Marianne, I am still not able to track any sales or giveaways but the alert is not there anymore either. I know i have sold a few e-books to friends and family but nothing is showing up yet. If it does start tracking properly i will let you know. I hope it works out for all of us, Nathan

My report is only showing one paperback sale on 14th Dec. It seems very strange that I haven't sold more than this. I've been doing lots of promotion and people have said they will buy a copy. I'm not naively thinking that everyone will be true to their word but my book sold better with less promotion than with more. It just doesn't make sense! My only comfort in all this is that I don't seem to be the only one experiencing this problem. KDP emailed me an Excel version of my sales report but there were still no sales from 6-13th Dec. It's beginning to upset me now as my instincts are telling me that there are missing sales and I can't seem to do a darned thing about it :-(

I've noticed only 3 ebook sales from December 5th to December 16th and I suspect there are sales unaccounted for as well. I suspect the delay in sales reporting is not truly fixed, but continuing. I also saw my sales rank jump twice this month for my CreateSpace paperback, but no royalties being reported at Create Space. I believe Amazon either lost sales or is way behind or disorganized. It is disheartening to see these disruptions take place throughout the year. It gets quite frustrating for me at times.

My sales dropped suddenly on December 12/13. I have 5 books enlisted in KDP select and it has been a mess from a week. It's been days that I get the same number of pages read per day... which is highly impossible to happen. I am one step closer to remove all my books from Amazon.
I'm having issues from late August. One day the sales drop, the other one I have giant peaks in KENP and sales. It's not normal. I asked a few times the team to check if everything was ok, they always said "yes", but right after a new international bug came by. So, it wasn't. I don't know what's wrong with Amazon lately, but this is highly unprofessional.
TBH, it's starting to be meaningless to promote books these days because sales and pages could be lost forever. No, they didn't fix the problems even if the message has been removed above our dashboards.

Hello,

I'm still experiencing problems regarding paperback sales not showing up in my report. I've got the order numbers and proof that the books were delivered, but nothing showing on my account. The sales were from November. I have contacted "support" a couple of times now, providing the order numbers etc, but keep getting fobbed off and told the matter is being investigated.

Just wondering if anyone else is still experiencing problems?

I'm still having a similar issue. I'm assuming it'll work itself out but it's incredibly frustrating.

This is a colossal Ammie foul-up in progress. After years of selling anywhere from 1 to dozens of ebooks per day, I suddenly haven't had a sale since the 8th of December. Pages Read have been about average, something close to 700+ (already at 960 today) a day and Author Central has been recording ups and downs in both sales and author standing. Recently three of my books on AC have been raised anywhere from 250K to 300K as if there have been multiple sales, yet Kindle ebook sales have been flat. I've contacted Kindle on this issue twice and the first response was that their graphs are now accurate. I don't believe that for a second. In the second contact I cited AC's ratings and asked for clarification. No response yet.
It strikes me that Ammie should be honest with us and up-front about the situation, yet they're stone-walling us instead. The result is that they've all but destroyed their aura of honesty and trust.

The message has disappeared for me, but the reports are still inaccurate. Sales from the first ten days or so of December are no longer reflected in the totals.

I am a new author of an e-book. Sales were initially showing, but nothing for the last few days. I have purchased several books to send as gifts, in addition to those being purchased, but the sales report is not up to date. How do we resolve this? Is there an email address or phone number Kindle Publishing that I can contact?
