If you didn't use CreateSpace you will have to pay full price. KDP is not yet providing author discounted copies. You need to have read the many threads on the subject on this forum before you started to know that. Or even to have read the information provided by KDP before you chose how to publish your paperback. Always make sure there is water in the pool. B
You can order them (e.g. set to minimum price, order, revert)
Since Amazon is always going to take its 40 percent, I really don't understand how this could save much money, compared to CreateSpace's selling it at the cost of printing. If the author is a Prime subscriber and only buying one or two copies, I suppose it might work, but for ten copies (my minimum order from CS) it's going to be expensive.
Or perhaps someone could give me the figures on a successful reduction in price?
(Don't trust KDP to publish a print edition. Don't trust CreateSpace to publish an ebook. Each does one thing well and the other thing poorly.)
