Oh, so KENP can produce a count even with zero free copies promo unit? Like we have a ratio of 3:32; and 0:32 is a possible thing?
If you give your book away, you get absolutely nothing for it. Zero. Nada. Zilch. Is that so hard to understand? All you've done is lose a customer who might have paid.
The only reason you have 32 pages read is because someone borrowed your book via KU.
Rather than waste time asking nonsensical and incoherent questions, perhaps you should spend some time with the help pages. At the moment, you have no idea what you're doing, and that is never a good thing.
1. The details on "report tab" disappeared, what does it mean, are they refunded?
2. For example, I already withdrew their payments for the book they purchased, can it be redunded, but how? Since I already withdrew the generated income, for example.

You are really confusing us.
If someone has bought the book then yes they can get a refund. It shouldn't happen very often but it isn't a good sign if this was your first sale. Have you bought a copy yourself? You should so you can check the formatting is correct and the sale to you will improve the book's ranking a tad.
It looks like you published the book on 18 December, if this is correct the earliest you will receive payment for sales made in December will be about the first week of March. You will get an email around a week before they make the payment. It won't say how much you are going to get, only to expect something.
As we are now in January click on the Prior Month's Royalties tab on your Bookshelf and select December. This will show you what sales you made and KENPs read. The latter won't have a monetary value yet.
I can't see a Look Inside on your book but it may appear soon. If it doesn't, use the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page.
There are a few formatting issues you could tidy up in your book description while you are waiting. The spacing either side of the hyphens is odd, either use a space either side or none at all. Or perhaps better still -
lose the hyphens.
What report tab? Make sure you are looking at a report for December not January.
I suggest go to the first Reports page, which should show the Sales Dashboard, click the tab if it isn't. Then scroll right down to the bottom and click on the black rectangle marked Generate Report. This will download a spreadsheet which will show amongst other things the number of units refunded, if any.
But I wouldn't fret too much at this stage. Your KENP total is miniscule and the 3 free copies earned you zilch. Concentrate on getting the book presented in the best possible way. Tidy up the book description as I suggested but above all download a copy yourself and go through it page by page. You should have done this with the previewer but you don't know what the Zon's engines have done to it since you clicked publish.
You also need to consider advertising in some form or other. Are you in any Facebook Groups? Even a notice in your local library might generate a sale or two if you can identify as a local author. Search on here for suggestions on book promotion but don't expect too much. Poetry isn't going to top the best seller lists but I expect you knew that anyway.
Hello Cynthia, I'm not yet publishing paperbacks. I only have one published e-book. If there's any other aside from mentioned, I think it wouldn't reach 27 tries if I'm not mistaken; those were made for a trial (draft) as a beginner; and were already deleted. No worries. Thanks.
