I still have not received about half of my payments for October after they suspended my account and I am owed about 2500 for november and december. I hope I will get paid. This is my labor.

When they suspended your account, what did they say?
Most probable is that you will not be paid any further for the reasons they gave you.

You should use the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page to ask KDP directly. However, as is specified in your contract, should KDP suspend your account for cause unpaid royalties would be forfeited. When an account is suspended, KDP sends an e-mail explaining why. If you have not received an e-mail, check your spam folder. The only way to appeal a suspension is to contact KDP, but there is usually a deadline for doing so. Good luck.

Unfortunately, they no longer respond to my emails and they never gave me a reason why they suspended my account. I wish they would have the courage to talk,

You can use the old email address, kdp-support@amazon.com

Support does not respond to your Contact Us emails because it no longer recognizes your email address as belonging to a valid KDP account.

(Don't trust KDP to publish a print edition. Don't trust CreateSpace to publish an ebook. Each does one thing well and the other thing poorly.)

Good luck! -- NJ

If you were suspended for having non-permitted material your royalties are gone. They will not pay you for selling things they don't allow.
