Most probable is that you will not be paid any further for the reasons they gave you.
You should use the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page to ask KDP directly. However, as is specified in your contract, should KDP suspend your account for cause unpaid royalties would be forfeited. When an account is suspended, KDP sends an e-mail explaining why. If you have not received an e-mail, check your spam folder. The only way to appeal a suspension is to contact KDP, but there is usually a deadline for doing so. Good luck.
