I can't see how to put my banking info into my account, when I follow the video I see what's to be done, yet when I get to my account I get nothing there. Its a blank screen, Kindle has been e-mailing me asking me to add my bank info, I'll do when they let me. can someone help me? is there a number I could call.

I use Google Chrome. It's an excellent browser, even if part of the Alphabet empire. (To balance it, my default web browser is Microsoft's Bing.)

There is also the possibility that you are logging in with the wrong email address. Is your log-in the same address that KDP is sending to?

Just to head off another often-confusing issue, Amazon wants to see your home-country tax ID number, i.e. Social Security number for US residents, National Insurance number for UK residents, etc. That's important, and it represents a change over the situation a few years ago.

(Don't trust KDP to publish a print edition. Don't trust CreateSpace to publish an ebook. Each does one thing well and the other thing poorly.)

I have two different ones, both not showing the info I see on the video that Kindle made ...

Are you perchance running some kind of ad blocker that's trying to save you from entering sensitive information?

There's no number to call. You can use the Contact link at lower right of this page and keep replying politely to the answers you get until you get it sorted out. You can ask if they will phone you .

Did you check the box indicating whether you are or are not a US person?
