Hello all,
I'm trying to add keywords into my ad campaign and I'm getting this message:
"your keyword cannot contain more than 10 distinct words"

Can anyone explain to me what this means...and how can I fix it?

Thank you,
Jennifer

You can not count more than 10 words as one keyword.
You can add up to I believe 1,000 keywords.
Click 'add' to add each keyword.

When you enter keywords into the box, each one (word or phrase) has to be on a new line. Otherwise, the system will think it's one giant string of words.

You can only put so many words in a keyword line. Each line in the "Add Keywords" is considered taking up a keyword slot, but you might have more than one word in that line.

I can put the following on one keyword line and AMS will see two distinct keywords.

stephen king

If I try to put the following on one line, I'll get the same error you are.

stephen king books horror christine it dark tower scary cujo clowns demon car

That's thirteen distinct keywords.

Somewhere along the way you tried to put more than ten words on a single line.

With a thousand lines of keywords at your disposal, you don't need to be cramming so many words into one line.
