I'm still in the phase of checking the stats twice a day...
I'm still familiarising myself with the reporting interface and I spotted that the print on demand paperback sales are counted on shipping. This means they will be a day or so behind the on the reports compared to the EBooks that get "shipped" immediately.
However, because I've sold them via an affiliate link, I know I've sold another copy because they show on the "orders" page on the Amazon associate reports. The extra 6.6% is also a nice bonus.

And for those without an affiliate system you can get the same information by choosing the Generate Report option, opening the spreadsheet and looking on the orders tab.
Just for clarity this is for KDP Print only I guess but I really wish you hadn't mentioned it - something else to distract me from writing!
As an example I shipped X paperbacks today but there were X+1 orders yesterday. However the "+1" order was from Spain so I guess this is the missing one and will ship later.
Many thanks. The first tip I knew but I hadn't realised paperback orders were buried in the report. I should spend some time looking at them - I suppose.
They just need to show them in date order now and all will be great.
Hahaha I'm thinking the same.... It's the first thing I did... Check my new little tab
According to my tab... There a lot more orders than shipped print books during the course of the month. Is it possible that the books were ordered and then maybe cancelled... Or might these other orders still be coming through?
