Sorry, no. I believe the only time it is possible is if you have a print (physical) book and set up a "Matchbook" arrangement with the same book as an ebook. Then someone buying the print version of the book can get the ebook for free. (You can also do Matchbook so the buyer just gets a reduced-price ebook.)
There are various ways to offer an ebook free, but none that would limit it to buyers of a specific object. You could for example post it on your website, accessible to anyone who enters a code contained in the product's wrapper (etc.).
(Don't trust KDP to publish a print edition. Don't trust CreateSpace to publish an ebook. Each does one thing well and the other thing poorly.)
