When it comes out of review, do NOT publish. Go back into the book information and see if you can change it.
If not, see if you can delete it from your Bookshelf.
If not, contact Customer Service below at 'Contact Us' and see if they can correct it.

If it's an ebook, just go back and change the name in the metadata section and republish. If the name is incorrect on the cover, you'll need to fix the cover and upload that again.
If it's a CreateSpace book, it is impossible to change the metadata. You could try emailing customer service at CreateSpace and request they change it, but I doubt they will.
I have no idea if it's a KDP print version.

I think you'll have to wait until it's live on the Amazon store, and probably a day beyond that. When it stops being grayed out on your bookshelf / dashboard, you can unpublish it, one of several options you get when you click on the stupid little box with three dots in it, on the right side of the listing there on your bookshelf.

In the meantime, fix the cover! Then you can upload it and republish, having first checked the book thoroughly on the downloaded Kindle Previewer.

(Don't trust KDP to publish a print edition. Don't trust CreateSpace to publish an ebook. Each does one thing well and the other thing poorly.)

Good luck! -- NJ
