Book cover won't display in download file

I just uploaded my new book along with its cover. However, I had a friend make a purchase and download the book. The first page that comes up is page 3, the title page. When you search to go to the cover, nothing happens. It must be there since the cover page is page 3, correct? Or is there something wrong with the way everything was uploaded to the Bookshelf?

I had a similar problem. I think there's a system glitch occurring.
My book cover should have been page 1. Page 2 is my copyright page. When I downloaded the book, no book cover. The book started with page 2.

I went back to my book file and manually inserted my book cover as page 1. I uploaded and published for a second time. Now my book cover is page 1.

If you do this, there is always the possibility that you will have the book cover display twice.

This seems to be likely.I suspect it has something to do with Look Inside, which has been giving me problems for a week or so.

So if it's a glitch, will Amazon fix it sooner rather than later. Or does just every person go without a cover who is currently buying it? I emailed "contact us" but who knows when/if they may respond.
