If there's something you don't understand, ask here in the forums. If it's something about your specific account, then Contact Us (lower right) is your only choice.
Keep on replying politely to the emails you receive, rather than starting fresh. Explain that it hasn't solved your problem, and say why. It should then get escalated. You can also ask that it be escalated. Stay very polite--you're dealing probably with overworked people for whom English is not the first language, and they want to help but can get irritated if you take out your understandable frustration on them.
