I'm still trying to get the hang of this and thank everyone for there posts. I'm one of those people who hasn't received the remittance email (checked my spam folder too), I do receive all other Amazon emails so I'm not sure why this would be any different. The great thing is I did receive my US payments (via EFT). The amount was shy what is owed from the UK so I assume these deposits occur on different days?
Thanks for replying, GothicScrybe. Yes, in the past Amazon has sent notices of wire transfers they in fact never made, not only to me, of course, but I thought they had moved beyond that.
Also, I agree the three-day weekend could've bogged things up a bit, granted, but the deposit/s would still have been recorded on the date they arrived (next day for this bank), and according to that same bank, the transfer/s in question never came in. Ones from Amazon UK and DE, made on the 24th and 25th, registered fine and then cleared on the very next day per usual....but these were much smaller than the the missing US payments.
I also received no reply from firstname.lastname@example.org, the address provided to report missing payment/s...
Sorry to hear that you have had so much trouble. As of yet knock on wood I haven't received an e-mail where I was paid, and then never got it.
I have had it show up late as all get out, but never just not gotten the money.
As for not receiving a timely reply from Amazon KDP in regards to missing payments...if I may impart one last bit of advice to you?
Don't hold your breath waiting for a timely reply from anyone from KDP customer service, (you could get an e-mail in three days, or three weeks or more) about payments, or anything else and if you do, expect a form letter.
