I've got ~15 books/booklets available, in different genres, under different pseudonyms. I'd like to set up an individual, different KDP account for each pseudonym and transfer those titles to that account. Can that be done easily, or do I have to unpublish from my original, main account and then re-upload the files to their new home?
Boy, sounds like I'm about to be terminated.
It seems that if you've visited Amazon.com as a customer
KDP offers to open under your Amazon.com account, and BAUM.. Some of my books are gone. So I polish them up and republish them.
Next time I have visited Amazon.com as an affiliate that I set up maybe 12 years ago. When I come to KDP -- two more of my books are gone, so I polish them up and republish them.
Then I visit my author's page and when I come back to KDP I've got two more books gone. Once more, I polish them up and republish them.
So, today I go to one of my polished book pages and click on my author's name, Lin Stone. There are all of my books spinning out across the page, with different titles, and different ASIN numbers glistening.
I wrote a letter to support but I guess this must have seemed like the ravings of an Elvis Impersonator; at any rate I haven't heard back from them.
So, first.. how can I get all these titles back into one account?
And, second.. how in the world do you DELETE or UNPUBLISH some of these dupes so I can wake up from this third class nightmare?
I really wish I could help you, but I can't even understand your question. So, you're saying that every time you log into KDP, you do it with a different name/ID? And you discover your books are missing from your Bookshelf? Or are they missing from the Amazon site? If you are republishing every time you think a book has "gone missing", no wonder there are all sorts of dups out there. Can you explain the situation a little more clearly? Maybe then someone can help you.
