I have not received any payments as yet for my book published on Amazon Kindle in February. As I have sold over450 books since then, when would i expect my first payment?

Depends on when you sold enough to reach the payout threshold for whichever payment method you've selected.

Payments are sent 60 days after the last calendar of the month you reached the payout threshold.

It's $10 for EFT, and $100 for check (more than $100 if you're a non-US author because of the 30% withholding the IRS has Amazon take out).

Does that amount of made money include the Select money as well? Or does that counts extra? Do you have to reach the $100 for your first payment with or without the Select money?

I have held my Kindle account for several years. However, the bank account I originally set the account up with was closed years ago and I simply failed to update the banking account info.

In the meantime I have had Amazon.uk, Amazon.de, Amazon.es, Amazon.it, Amazon.fr all make EFT's into an account that was closed. I contacted my bank and they told me that if funds were attempted to be transferred into a closed account, the transfer would be rejected. So where did my money go?

Also, Amazon.com cut me check but my mailing address had since changed and the check was sent to my old address. I have emailed Amazon concerning these issues but have not had a response. I asked Amazon to re-cut a check to the correct address. Will Amazon re-issue my $100 check?
