Cover update not working

I have had a placeholder image for my cover for a month and I finally got the artwork in for my cover and changed it in my bookshelf and saved it. It republished and now says LIVE but the photo has not changed on the Amazon shop.

If I click on "Click to look inside," I see the correct cover, but that is the only place I see it.

What do I need to do to make sure that my correct cover is what you see when searching for my book?

The product image on the web page of your book does not get updated immediately. Wait a couple of days and if it stays the same, you need to contact KDP support.

It is showing up now. Is there a way for someone who has already downloaded the book to download an update with the correct cover to show on their Kindle?

IF your new cover is part of the new book they can request that Kindls Support "Push" the corrected Book File into their archive!

So would they do this by just sending an email to support?
