I'm having the same problem. Fortunately, I'm not quite ready to publish, but will be soon.
I've checked all over the internet, and this seems like a pretty popular bug. People have recommended clearing cookies, changing browsers, or even just clicking "Save" for hours on end. Will someone please let us all know what's going on? Is there someone we can call to do it manually? Any response would be greatly appreciated.

Originally tried in Chrome. Then IE. Then Firefox. Cookies cleared. Tried on another computer, tried on mobile.
Started around 6PM EST last night and I tried off and on (sometimes repeatedly) until 2AM. Same deal this morning. Everything else has worked fine, I just can't get my Account Info to save, so I can't publish.
I'm getting it too still. I've tried firefox, IE, IE 64bit. Same result. I just wanted to get this done today. Can someone from Amazon at least tell us when it comes back online so we don't waste our time coming back and sticking our address and company information in the boxes 30 times.
I'm getting the save failed message too. First I thought I did something wrong, but now that I see all of you are having the same problem, it must be on Amazon's end. Anybody have any solutions? I'm ready to publish.
I emailed Amazon over 24 hours ago and still havent received a response... Im assuming theyre busy 'trying to fix' whatever technical issue is causing this but Im less hopeful that I will be able to publish before the weeks end the longer I go without a response from them... think I might be headed to eBooks or somewhere else anyone have any suggestions?
