Can anyone tell me how to identify the location of my sales? - I need to know because sales from the US are only paid to UK residents in tranches of $100 and by cheque, whereas others are paid normally.

Well ... all sales on the US store are shown in the US drop-down link (the default) on the month-to-date report. One hundred percent of those sales are included in that future $100 check.

Just to check: you get electronic deposit for sales on the DE, FR, etc stores?
