How can I edit my book. I was allowed to edit the "about part", but I found errors in my book and need to make corrections. Or can I remove the book and replace it with the revised edition, not changing the name?

Just upload the corrected version right over the first one. You don't have to remove the other in order to do that.

It's okay to "unpublish" a book while you work on fixing errors, but it is almost always a Very Bad Idea to unpublish and then publish a new version with a different ASIN, which is what happens if you go the Add New Title route rather than revising the original version.

The advice to upload the new version right over the old one is correct. Do NOT unpublish the first one, as the ASIN number will change.
