A couple of things about your book. First, it is a religious book, but you don't at first glance get that sense. Second, why would someone wait until marriage unless they were in a religion that asked them to wait? Most of the readers for this book on this forum are not that religious.
You use scriptures, so again, you are preaching the bible to a lot of people that don't really believe in it to the extent you do. Practicing Muslims generally wait until marriage, but they have the Koran. Sikhs tend to wait as well, but they don't use the bible either. You seem to be judging other people who don't share your beliefs and that can be a turnoff to some. Certain Christian groups do wait, but again, by the time most women get 'saved,' they are not virgins anymore. I honestly don't see a market for this book, particularly when most Christians will only buy religious books from well know authors like Graham or Maxwell. Also, religion is probably the hardest genre to get reviews in. It is even getting hard to actually give away free books in the religion genre. I would guess that most downloading your book for free would not be aware it was a religious book unless they looked really closely, which most don't for freebies. You also don't seem to have anything ground breaking, merely admonishments on why you think women should remain virgins, which is ludicrous for someone who is not a member of such a Christian faith. Your audience should be Christian faiths that abstain outside of marriage but those have their own preachers. If you wanted to write about staying a virgin then there might be a market for a romance novel between two Christians where the woman is trying to remain a virgin despite the awesome temptation. That might work. If you want sales you need to go where the readers are. You can still get your message across only people will actually read it then.
Bloody hell, thought there was a fire (Help.. HELP!!)!
All you can do is write the best book you can (edited, great cover, blurb, sensible price), sit back and wait (or write another). You can pay for them, of course, but I don't recommend it. In the meantime Google 'book bloggers' and get your book on as many blogs as you can, this is usually free. Paid advertisement is hit and miss.
Edited to add: It's a very niche market you're going for: Christianity. You'll need to promote with that group of people for better results. You also need to invest in a good editor. I found a lot of errors in your sample.
I had to type in the title + amazon + her user name.
To the OP: you don't want anyone to review this book at this point. You need an editor, a title change, and possibly a better cover. I'm on the fence about the cover right now, because it could possibly work.
The reason you need a title change: you have a typo (no hyphen in warfare), but for me, the only books brought up in the "customers also viewed" area were erotica. I suspect it's the word "virgin". It might even get you looked at by Amazon for possibly being erotica. That is not going to help you.
Once you get these issues resolved, there are places to get reviews, like NetGalley, Library Thing, and so on. Most every place is going to cost you, at least for copies of the books. You won't get reviews here (and you're in the wrong forum to even ask, anyway), but you will often get a critique, which is not the same thing.
This is a very judgemental comment James. I'm not surprised because of some of your other posts, BUT you are stating your opinion. Coming from someone that is a Christian, but not one that is told HOW to believe, there are women that have morals and don't feel they need to sleep with every guy they encounter. There are women that want to wait until marriage, because it's something they've vowed to do for themselves. They're out there...whether you believe it or not.
