KDP not accepting my bank BIC code??

Hello! Thought I'd ask here in case this is a common issue that can be easily resolved!
I'm trying to set up my KDP account and I have my bank IBAN and BIC numbers. The IBAN is fine, but the BIC code isn't being accepted. I keep getting a message saying it should be 8 to 11 characters long -- it's 11 characters, but not being accepted.
Am I doing something obviously wrong?

Are you copying and pasting it in? Sometimes it picks up an odd space that you can't see, so the system thinks you have 12 characters.

Try typing it in yourself, if you haven't tried it already.

That's the only thing I can think of, sorry.
