I've logged into my KDP account successfully. The book I had setup for pre-order and wanted to publish today is missing from the bookshelf! In fact, it's the only book in the bookshelf! I have not passed the deadline to get it published.
When I search Amazon itself, I see it's still listed and available for pre-order, so that tells me that it's not been deleted and it shows up that someone even pre-ordered yesterday in the reports.
As a matter of reference - I have logged in using the account I have for KDP. I have verified that all of the account information is active. I have changed my password for KDP. I have tried on multiple browsers and still no luck!
There have been glitches lately. You can use the Contact Us option (bottom of this page, right side) to ask Support for help.
If you can see the reports, it may well be the disappearing glitch. And if Support replies to you, the email addy you're using is probably correct. But I worry about the password change. That could confuse things.
(Don't trust KDP to publish a print edition. Don't trust CreateSpace to publish an ebook.)
