Create Space does not make hard cover editions available--at least to my knowledge. Suppose you want to take your Create Space title and migrate to a POD hardcover edition. How is this done?
Thanks!

Best way, assuming you want it available to bookstores and libraries, is to go to IngramSpark. You must buy an ISBN from Bowker ($250 for 10 is the most common purchase). There is a $49 setup fee, waived this month with the code INDIEFRINGE17

If you are in CreateSpace's "expanded distribution," I think you should de-select it and let IngramSpark publish a paperback as well. Their reach is far superior (and infinitely superior of course to KDP Print Gotcha). Amazon will mostly sell people the CS version but if there's a backlog of orders will source from IngramSpark as well or instead.

And do your hardcover at the same time. Amazon should stock that as well.

(Don't trust KDP to publish a print edition. Don't trust CreateSpace to publish an ebook.)

Good luck! -- NJ
