There an author who violated his country’s Intelligence information, violated one’s private information and published a book. The book was challenged in court, recalled from stores and the author faces jail time. Does this author has legal grounds to speak of copyright in his recalled book? Would it count as Copyright infringement if I republish his book? Thieves have no right to talk of privacy on looted materials 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

If you publish his book, you will be a thief. If you assure KDP you own the copyright when you don't, they will delete your account.

If you don't own the copyright to this work, I would steer well clear of it.
