I would like to add free content to my customers existing ebooks. Is this possiable ?

If you make revisions to an existing work, you can ask the Zon to push it out to people who already have a copy. However, they only do that if they think the changes are significant enough.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by 'free content', but that might be enough to get Zon's agreement to push it. You won't know if you don't ask.

Probably not. You can ask using the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page, but KDP's rules for pushing changes to prior customers specifies corrections of egregious errors that produce a poor reading experience. Your changes are more in line with a new edition or correcting the result of an authorial oversight.

Gee I don't know but if you send me the text you want to add I will try to make it into an egregious error so you can get noticed by the Zon.
