I published my e-book and, embarrassingly, nothing showed up for my buyers except the dedication page.

I've re-uploaded all of the content and it is currently under review.

How can my readers, who have already bought the kindle book, get the updated content? Should they just update it in their Kindle library?

Contact Customer Service below at 'Contact Us' and ask them to PUSH the newest version to past buyers. Do so only after it is live.
Explain you goofed.

I updated and sent the message to Customer Support. It said they should get back to me within 24 hours. Does that mean in my e-mail inbox or is there a way they will contact me in the KDP?
