I'd wait until after the 29th and see if a payment shows up in your bank. That is if you are signed up for auto payments.
Are you sure you have not opened up a second account? It appears you just signed up today.
Click Reports at the top of the page, then Payments. If something is there with a November 29 date, don't worry about it. The email is just a formality anyway.
While you're at it, check that you can still see your Bookshelf. Have you changed your email address by any chance? Changing either email or password seems to be an opportunity for people to accidentally create a new account which hasn't published anything. The original account will still be paid if money is owed, but you may have trouble "seeing" it before it happens.
