To be credited for KENP "pages" read, your book must be in Kindle Select. For it to be in Kindle Select, it must NOT be for sale anywhere except Amazon.

Once you put a book into Kindle Select, it is in for 90 days. The 90-day period automatically renews, so if you want to remove it from Kindle Select, you need to manually un-check the renewal option. And then wait for the current 90-day period to end.

"Kindle Unlimited " is what Kindle Select is called, from the customer's point of view.

If a Kindle Unlimited subscriber "borrows" your book to read, your book will get a rating boost but you won't get any pages yet.

Once that person reads pages from your book AND is again somewhere where their Kindle can report back to Amazon via the Internet, those pages are registered to your book and will show up on the Reports screen. (This assumes everything works as designed--there are many questions.)

For pages read, in most countries you get paid about 4/10 of one cent per page. For India, it's about 1/10 of one cent.

Pages-read earnings for a given month are added to other royalties for the month and paid about 60 days after the end of that month.

KENP pages read in November will be paid with other November royalites about January 30, 2018.

Your question was answered.
When you are in the Select program (pages read), the pages are counted to your account (the pages read) when the reader connects to the internet after reading pages.

NOTE: This has nothing to do with a book bought and those pages read.

This time I understand you. You want to know when you'll get paid!

All KENP pages for a calendar month are paid to the author 60 days after the month ends.

In practise this means that for pages read in November, you can expect to be paid on or around 29th January if you are being paid by bank transfer.

Cheques aren't issued unless you exceeded $100 in a specific store. Those royalties continue to accrue until you go over the threshold, and once they do, the 60 days kicks in when that month ends as with bank transfers.

Hope that helps. J

If the reader is connected to the internet, you'll be credited. If he's not, you won't be credited until he does connect. That's as good as it gets.
