So I have three books that I have on sale right now, and over the past few months, I have had people say they bought all three at a given time, but only seen 2 sales per 3 books bought. Recently. Last week I did a purchase of all three of the books and had them shipped to my address. Received all three yesterday. And, guess what? Only 2 sales show on the dashboard. Really? How does that work Amazon? I guess a lawsuit needs to be put together to investigate this. Anyone else have this same problem?

I assume you're talking about paperbacks.

If one of your three books was done through CreateSpace, then it will never show on your KDP dashboard. Instead, it will show on your CS dashboard.

It doesn't matter whether print books were done through CS or KDP-print. They will all be sold on Amazon. And you will (eventually) be paid for sales of any of them.

Further thought: did you buy at "author's discount"? If so, no sale will show. Sales will show only books ordered the regular way as an Amazon customer. If you did buy "author's copies," even if all three of your books were done through KDP-print, then the sales you saw are not your sales but someone else's, taking place at roughly the same time. Maybe readers just don't like one of your books as much.

And of course friends lie.

(Don't trust KDP to publish a print edition. Don't trust CreateSpace to publish an ebook. Each does one thing well and the other thing poorly.)

Yes, indeed. Many unknowing, clueless, and variously careless or arrogantly ignorant people have posted similarly here over the years. People who have never bothered to read the FAQs or any of the many threads started at different times by others like them before they start sounding off, implying that Amazon is either somehow incompetent or more likely outright cheating them

And, of course, calling for or threatening to bring a lawsuit. They're the funniest ones, or would be were their attitudes not so often so unwarrantedly self-certain and distasteful.
